MONEY FOR FREE
#MONEY is a political-poetic urban intervention carried out by the Norwegian artist John Fisherman, which has been named as the best street arts show in 2018 by the Premis de la Crítica
Through his appearances and accompanied by councilors/speakers from #MoneyForFree movement who give voice to the public and passersby, it is a provocation and disruption of public order that, in the form of a game, in the style of a reality show, seeks to investigate what relationship we have with money and to what extent we are aware of society’s ability to empower itself and make decisions collectively. It is a show in which you decide the rules of the game: what to do with the money, whether to share it or not, who has the power of decision, etc.
It is a reflection on the meaning of this capitalist society subjected to the worship of money.
